Delete your Clip Kitchen account

You can delete your account yourself, from inside the app, in under a minute — or ask us to do it by email. Either way the result is the same.

From the app

1. Open the Account tab.
2. Tap "Delete my account".
3. The screen tells you exactly what will happen. Type DELETE to confirm.

Your login is destroyed immediately: the credential and profile are deleted on our servers, every session ends, and the app signs you out. This is not reversible.

Without the app

Email support@theclipkitchen.com from the address on the account and ask us to delete it. We treat that request the same way as the in-app button.

What is deleted, and when

• Immediately: your login credential, your profile, and every active session.
• After 30 days: your business record — footage, finished videos, briefs and messages — is permanently deleted. We hold it for 30 days so you can download your videos or reattach the account, because the videos are yours. A durable deletion request drives the purge; it does not depend on anyone remembering.

Some records we are legally required to keep (for example invoices and tax records) are retained for the period the law requires, and no longer.
