Contact details you submit (name, email, business info), footage and media you upload for editing, and content-performance data from social accounts you connect (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) solely to deliver and publish content on your behalf.
To produce, deliver, and — when you enable it — publish video content for your business; to operate your client portal; and to communicate with you about your service. We do not sell personal information.
When you connect a social account, we access only the permissions needed to publish approved content and read basic account/performance data. You can disconnect at any time from your portal or the platform's own settings, which revokes our access.
Media and account data are stored with our cloud infrastructure providers and retained while your account is active. On request, or upon account closure, we delete your data — email support@theclipkitchen.com.
To request deletion of your data, including data obtained through connected social accounts, email support@theclipkitchen.com with the subject "Data deletion". We action requests within 30 days.
