How does the 7-day free trial work?
You get full portal access, your Pantry (footage library), and up to 3 finished videos. A card goes on file, but cancel anytime before day 7 and you pay nothing. There's also a 14-day money-back guarantee after that.
What's the difference between Subscriptions and Shoot + edit?
Subscriptions turn your footage into a monthly batch (priced $19–$30/video by volume). Shoot + edit is when we send a crew to film on location and deliver finished videos — flat-priced in Miami ($1,420–$4,410), custom-quoted elsewhere.
Is there a contract?
No. Every subscription is month-to-month — cancel anytime. Your footage library is always yours to keep.
What's Auto-Serve?
An optional add-on ($270–$750/mo by plan) that runs your posting end-to-end: best-time scheduling, platform-native captions, engagement, and monthly reporting — you still approve every clip, or go full autopilot.
What counts as a revision?
One consolidated round of changes on a single video. Extra rounds are available as revision credits from $15/round. Engine and The Banquet include unlimited revisions.
