Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of theclipkitchen.com and the services provided by The Clip Kitchen ("we", "us", "our"). By using our site or services, you agree to these Terms.

Our services

We provide done-for-you short-form video production — turning your footage into finished, ready-to-post videos — offered as monthly subscriptions, on-location shoot-and-edit packages, and optional add-ons, as described on our pricing page.

Free trial

Our free trial gives you portal access and 7 finished reels across 7 days — one per day — at no cost and with no credit card required. One free trial per business. Trials are provided as-is, are intended for genuine prospective clients, and we may modify, limit, or withdraw a trial at our discretion.

Subscriptions, billing & cancellation

• Paid plans are billed monthly and are month-to-month — you can cancel anytime, effective at the end of your current billing period.
• Prices are shown on the pricing page and may be subject to applicable taxes.
• We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on new subscriptions as described in your plan details.
• Plan changes. You may move to a larger plan at any time and we charge only the pro-rata difference for the remainder of the current period. Reductions take effect at your next renewal, so the volume you have already paid for is still delivered.
• Revisions. Every plan includes 2 revisions per video, and we deliver the recut within 24 hours of your request.
• Additional businesses. Each business after your first receives 15% off its plan for as long as both remain active.
• Pausing. You may pause an active account for up to 3 months on a paid keep-alive of $99 per month. While paused, no videos are produced and nothing is posted; your footage library, scripts and standing rules are retained, and your footage is held for 90 days.
• Cancellation. No fee and no notice period. Service continues to the end of the period you have paid for, and we send reminders 7 days before, 1 day before, and on the morning of expiry. On expiry we provide a download bundle containing your finished videos, the raw clips you supplied, and your scripts. That bundle and the option to reactivate remain available for 30 days, after which the account and its media are permanently deleted.
• Returning accounts. Accounts that reactivate after deletion are subject to the then-current list price; prior pricing does not carry over.
• Referrals. Referral credits are issued as one 50%-off month per successful referral, redeemable at most one per calendar month, unlocked when the referred account's first payment clears, and expiring 12 months after issue. Referred accounts receive 20% off their first month.

On-location shoots

• Film days in the Miami area are billed at $500 per hour. Outside the Miami area the same hourly rate applies plus travel, quoted in writing before booking.
• 50% is charged at booking and the remaining 50% on completion of the shoot, to the payment method on file.
• Rescheduling is free up to 48 hours before the booked start time. Inside 48 hours a $200 slot fee applies, as the crew day is already committed.
• Weather cancellations are always rescheduled free of charge.

Your content & intellectual property

• Footage you provide, and the clip library we build from it, remain yours. You grant us the permission needed to use that footage to produce your videos.
• You are responsible for having the rights to any footage, music, logos, or materials you provide, and for how you publish the finished videos.
• Finished videos delivered under a paid plan are yours to use for your business.

AI & voice

We never generate AI people — real humans appear only from real footage. We only clone a voice with your explicit written permission.

Approvals & posting

You approve each video before it is posted, unless you explicitly enable automated posting. You are responsible for complying with the rules of the platforms you post to.

No guarantee of results

We deliver volume, quality, and a defined process — we do not guarantee specific views, followers, virality, or business outcomes.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Clip Kitchen is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding month.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; the "last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated Terms.
